The box spring is installed in your bedroom free of charge. As soon as your box spring is ready, installation company Montrieurs will contact you by phone to schedule an appointment for installation. Would you rather have the box spring delivered later? No problem, you can indicate this to the installer.
Please note that the box spring fits through the stairwell if you live on a floor. If your headboard does not fit, there will be a cost of €50,- to take the headboard back with you. The box spring does not fit, this will cost €75.
We can install anywhere in the Netherlands and Belgium for free, with the exception of the Wadden Islands. Do you live on the Wadden Islands? Then we can deliver it to a special carrier of your choice.
Returns
Does the box spring not meet your expectations upon installation? Don’t worry. The installers will take the box spring back with them immediately after installation and you will receive the full purchase price back. If you want to return it after installation, it falls under the 14-day cooling-off period, but there are costs involved.
Because we are convinced of the quality of our box spring, we give a 25-year warranty on spring and frame breakage of the box spring. The electronics of the electric box spring have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.
